I’ve seen several blogs with a recent post section in their sidebar but there’s only a few of them who has a thumbnail with the title and description of their post. I’ve searched several articles on how to add a recent post with thumbnail in a blog with a help of a plugin(wordpress) and a gadget(blogger) but they don’t work well when implemented in some of the latest platforms. It also requires you to tinker with the underlying code so it could mess up for some reason if you haven’t followed the instructions well. The good thing is I found a very simple solution of adding a recent post with thumbnail without having any difficulty of adding it in your blog
