Anyway I have to say a big thanks to the maker of this hilarious presentation, no other than The Oatmeal. If you love the presentation, then you’ll surely love more of his/her work.

1. Read more hack – The younger days of blogger blogs will give you the hassle of tweaking the custom html code of your blog. But the new blogger blog has a feature of read more… similar to wordpress. You can add the read more section by adding the <!– more –> comment in the “Edit Html” section of your post editor or clicking the read more editor to the new post editor of blogger.

2. New post editor – One of the things I hate about blogspot is their post editor, it sucks really bad. The new post editor can be used by going to Settings -> Basic -> Post Editor section. The new post editor performs much better than the old one but still it still sucks to me.

3. Title Tag Hack – The title tag hack enables you to have an Search Engine friendly titles. I’ve posted an article here before describing how you can do it. You can check it out here.

4. Wibiya Toolbar – It’s the newest dig I found a couple of months ago and it’s one of my must-haves in my blogger blog. Adding the wibiya toolbar will do the work of adding the recent posts section, visitor notifier, Social bookmarking,Social Network Integration(Twitter,Facebook), language translation and RSS feeds subscription.

5. Google Integrated Search box – You can easily add your own google custom search box now, The widget is available if you click “Add Gadget” in your blog interface. The cool thing about this is that search results are displayed inside your blog and no redirection need.

6. Favicon – Yeah! that’s right the big “B” logo near the address bar and title tab is an eye sore to some. Adding your own favicon makes your blog look professional and cool. To add a favicon go to “Edit Html” in the layout section of your blog and look for this code “]]></b:skin>” (exclude quotation marks) and paste the code below after the “]]></b:skin>”

5. LinkWithin – One of my favorites too aside from the Wibiya toolbar. This improves your content visibility since the thumbnails of images in your post makes it good looking and thus improving Click Through Rate in your blog.

6. Commenting Systems – Intense Debate and Disqus thus it all for you from managing spams and informing you of new arrivals. The Facebook Connect helps a lot^^

7. Embedit Tool – Embeds doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pdf, wpd, odt, ods, odp,txt, rtf, csv and html file formats. And they can download the emded file in your blog too.

8. The Floating Button hack – You can have a “Follow us”,”Feedback”,”Contact Me” floating button with your blog by going to Layout -> Add Gadget -> HTML/JAVASCRIPT and putting the code below and replacing the links needed.

9. Apture – One of the newest hack/plugin you can have. It beautify your posts and adds wonderful effects to links and other types of media. This is a must have. I even use it here in my blog

10. Email Subscription Form - For good traffic conversions you definitely need this one.  You can add this hack by logging in to your Feedburner account(Register if you don’t have one). Click on the “My feeds” at the top page and click your blog that you registered with your Feedburner account.Click Publicize Tab and Email Subscriptions option and choose Feedburner radio button as the service to provide the email subscriptions. Choose your settings under subscription management. Click Activate and copy the code which is generated, go to your layout section of your blog and click Add Gadget -> HTML/JAVASCRIPT and paste the code you copied and Save.

If you’ll take a  look at the picture above, you might think that it’s a screenshot of a windows O.S.  desktop. But if you dig in closer you’ll realize that the components are different. I cropped the picture from the original one and it belongs to my Fanbox profile page which you will get if  you register to their site. The interface is kinda unique and it’s fun to experiment once you registered to Fanbox. It’s definitely a desktop inside your browser with the looks and features similar to a windows operating system. Don’t get fooled by the premium blog title in the table header, you don’t need to pay anything if you register in their site

Maybe there’s one question that bothers you right now, How come that Fanbox is willing to pay $5 to each subscribed reader in your blog? You’ll be thinking that this is just a scam of some sort, retrieving your passwords once you registered in their site. What really good about this is that you don’t need some SEO to advertise your blog in fanbox. The only thing you need to do is follow the instructions because there’s an application there which will do the dirty work of advertising your blog. Twitter is one of the most popular sites in the internet. People use twitter mostly for micro blogging, sending daily twits to their followers not knowing that they can do more than that. Little do they know that twitter is more than just sending daily tweets but as a tool for earning lots of money online. If you’re an internet marketer or the kind of a person who’s been around in the internet for so long you probably know what I’m talking about earning $$$ in twitter. For the newbies out there, I won’t be stingy to tell you the methods I know on how you can use twitter to fatten up your wallet. I’ll tell you later on this post on how you can make your daily tweets a living cash machine.

This service is a pay per click style of marketing, this means that when someone clicks the link of your tweet you earn a money from each link they click. Imagine now, you got 20k followers then they all click on 6 links,Boom you earn really fast . The other method in which you can earn money is the affiliate method in which affiliate marketers use. Clickbank is by far one of the best affiliates you can use. The concept is that you provide a link that clickbank provides in their marketplace and then tweet that link to your followers, if the follower bought the product you advertise then you earn a revenue from it. This marketing strategy works big time but mostly your followers won’t buy the product so the best chance in having more sales is to expand your followers. There are also other ways in which you can earn money aside from the two monetization strategies I mentioned but for now let’s stop at this two first.

The quest for earning money is not finished yet, what we want to attain is to have a semi automated tweeting after you gain massive amounts of followers. What we want to do now is to schedule our tweets automatically, we don’t want to spend most of our time posting tweets for long hours! that’s super time consuming. Here comes FutureTweets.com, FutureTweets automates your tweeting so that you can tweet even if you’re away from your computer. Whewwww!!! Now put the tweets that you want to share with your friends and relax, you can now wait for the cash to rise. Before I end this post I have to say one more thing, Keep your tweet count below 200 per day. Twitter is getting strict to people who use their service to earn bucks, you might get penalize and start all over again. And lastly your followers are getting smart, think of them as your customers and tweet like a normal person do. What I mean is have a mixture of normal tweets and money-making tweets. 1.  Blogspot – This is my all time favorite in terms of free hosting. You can easily integrate your adsense code in your blog because of it’s easy interface. Managing and configuring the looks of the ads is very simple to do because of widgets. Just drag and drop and you can alter the position instantly.

2. Tumblr – Tumblr just like blogspot is also one of my favorite blogging platform.  Aside from quick posting and ease of use, You don’t need to worry anything. But putting adsense ads has some complexities behind it. Anyway it’s still a good blogging platform that allows adsense ads to run in your blog, Here’s a tutorial i digged out on how to add adsense codes in your blog. You need a little html/css background but it’s worth learning it.

3. I.ph – You probably do not know this blogging platform but I.ph is one heck of a blog. It runs using Calliope CMS and it’s one of the blogs that can rival blogger when it comes to user-friendliness. Adding adsense is very easy to and you don’t need to tweak any codes just to add one. You only need your publisher I.d. and you’re done.

4. Weebly – Weebly is not a blog but a site creator. It’s one that you call WYSIWYG site makers if you want to make professional looking websites. Although Weebly is a site creator you can also make a blog inside your site. Other than that you can make static pages and widgets. Adding adsense ads is also easy but the drawback is that you’ll be having  shared revenue to weebly.

5. Yola – Thesame as weebly, another site creator which is very similar to weebly’s feature.

6. Squidoo – Your pages are called Lens in which you can expand and customize. You cannot add adsense to your Squidoo lens but you can set it up in such a way that you and squidoo will share revenues with their ads. The share is 50/50 and traffic is really high if you have nice content.

7. Hubpages – Hubpages are really hot these days and people use it too advertise because of high traffic probability. The concept of hubpages are very similar to squidoo, the only difference is that your pages are called Hubs. Adding adsense code is done by yourself and it’s relatively easy but you have to understand that you and hubpages share adspace so you might see your adsense ads or hubpages’ own ads.
